Honestly this location is so Prime you are next to Dupont Circle, Adams Morgan, Kalorama, and just off Connecticut Ave. They are relatively large apartments especially relative to the price and all utilities are included. I have lived here for over 2 years and I wouldn't think of leaving. Why woudl I' I couldn't come anywhere near this price unless I wanted to move way over into Mt. Pleasant or Columbia Heights which are really quite fringe and def suspect at night in my pov.

Um, this picture is not a view from the building. It's four blocks away. Close, yes, but you'll notice that when the management posts on Craigslist, they use a similar picture because they're too embarrassed to show a pic of their own building.
