I still have some time left before my lease ends. I can t wait to get out of this place. Only three weeks left, yeah!!!!!. What was I thinking when I signed up for this crappy place and wanted to save 100 bucks a month. You know the saying: Cheap person pays twice !

I could avoid posting this review and not to tell you to run away from this place, so I could think that I am not the only stupid individual that got such a bad deal. But the fact is that management really pissed me off when they told me that they will not give my deposit back for some weird scratch on the outside side of my apartment door. Some drunk or high weirdo damaged it when I was sleeping. And now I have to pay for this'! They told me that I did not protect my door when some strangers were drinking and peeing in the hallway. This is ridiculous.

If you don t mind to live with taxi drivers or drug addicts this place is OK, but if you are looking for a comfortable and safe place to go home to, AVOID THIS CRAPP by all means. Seriously, there are much better places at the same location that do not cost that much more.

lol. wow. I can't believe they won't give you back the deposit either...however, The building why, yes, does need a lot of work..doesn't have drug dealers. I was the manager for year. It was super hard to get things done that needed funding, but we didn't have drug dealers in the building. and so what if we have a few taxi drivers, don't they have a right to rent a place too? how do you know a drunk weirdo did while you sleeping? That makes sense. and if you woke up and caught them, why didn't you report it? This would have avoided charges. Look, again, I agree the building needs work, but you are aparently pissed about a specific issue and therefore are taking out by posting this review. It's normal, that's what most posting are, and if they are good, usually managment posted them, trust me, I know!!!!

You "know" because you are management...DUH!!! Yes there are drug dealers...I have physically seen them putting a bunch of newspapers in the trash can outside of 711 and then someone comes 2 min later and grabs the package with weird plant sticking out...also, large rolls of money in the hands of the homeless lady of the same nationality as the dealers...DUHHHH!!!! THERE ARE DRUG DEALERS!!
