Everyone seems to be freaking out on this website! The apartment building is totally fine. I have lived here for 3 years, and i have no major complaints. In fact, one of my best friends is another tenant, and we met in the building. The residents are actually really chill. And as far as the rodents or whatever--I have never seen a single one. When I leave my windows open I get mosquitos, but that comes with living in DC. I definitely think its a fine place to live.

I agree 100%. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION... and rent is very reasonable relative to the competition.

Then, why have over 17 people signed the list downstairs that they have rodent and roach issues?!!! Management is rumored to have posted positive reviews on websites like this.

The a/c units break down every 3 weeks and everything's "totally fine"? You're paying at least $1450 a month to have elevators breaking down every month, and you give this place 5 STARS? Gelman hires maintenance people with little to no experience and you give it the highest mark you can? I think we have another example of a tenant with no standards.
