Well I was interested in this apartment because it was so close to my school and within the budget of a student. I called the property manager on numerous occasions to look at the room but she always prolonged it. Finally once I went to speak with her she was unprofessional and wanted my to pay a total of 1075 and sign paperwork for a credit check if I didn't even see the place.....umm I don't think so!!

I feel that the application process in renting a apartment should be easy and yet efficent thus making it easier on both parties. I don't think this woman has it together and I can't tell you much about the bulding becuase I wasn't allowed to look at the apartment
