Maybe: You decide From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/23/2007 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2007   I have lived here for 7 years. It has been an ok place to live. Here are some pros and cons as I see it. PROS: -Affordable rent for a 1 bedroom. Rent includes all utilities -The person responsible for maintenance is quick and polite. For 7 years, I have never had a delay. -convenient for Howard students. School of business in a 5 minute walk. -You can catch the 70, 68, 68 buses on Georgia Ave, Sherman Ave or 11 st. CONS: -Rodents!! I have had a roach and rat problem. They have come to try and solve the problem several times but the rodents seem to return. Mainly because they haven't blocked the holes where the rats enter from the outside. -Very loud music at times. Once I started feeling the vibrations through my floors and walls, I complained. Something must have been done since I only occasionally hear the extremely loud music Parking in this area, like the rest of DC can be challenging! I can no longer stand the rats and will be moving in a month.
