I lived at the Girard house until my lease was up, the only good thing is that it's in a convenient location. The property manager is RUDE and has the worst attitude problem, very unprofessional. There's a roach (or should isay waterbug) problem. Maintenance usually gets done, if they feel like taking your request seriously. Often times, I have been sleep and wouldnt hear maintenance knocking on my door, next thing I know there's some random guy standing in my apartment. (NOT a good look)The walls are VERY thin, i heard everything my neighbor was doing, saying and watching. The building is not very safe at all, the front door is almost always unlocked and there's always random people in the sstairway and hallway. If you can tolerate all of this nonsense then it wont be a bad place for you to stay. Otherwise, don't even bother.
