Roaches, broken elevators, but lots of space

The good: friendly/helpful staff, AWESOME location. You also get a little bit more space in this building than you would get at newer building for the same price. Desk staff is always friendly, cordial, and responsive.
The bad: No matter how friendly/ecstatic the management is, their enthusiasm cannot make the roaches die, or make the elevators become reliable. It's not unusual to hop in the elevator and not pop out until 5 minutes later, after it was danced you up and down the building. Tiny roaches are fairly common, with the occasional monstrous roach-- it's very embarrassing when a friend visits and they see roaches when you show them around. It's also embarrasing to invite guests over who get stuck in the elevator.
That being said, the amazing location will likely keep me here for a little while longer, and because it's a nightmare to move. Had I known then what I know now, I probably wouldn't have moved here, but I suppose I have just grown accustomed to the roaches and broken elevators.
