Hamilton House

Not terrible...the location is best From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/8/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   The location is definitely the best thing about the Hamilton House. A few minutes to Dupont Circle, but not in the midst of bars and restaurants. Unfortunately the past 10 months or so has seen major construction and renovation of the apartment building next door. VERY LOUD. Garbage truck on Saturday morning at 7am is also very loud. Parking is very expensive, but that's expected in this area. I find the management and front desk staff to be friendly and helpful. My toilet was once fixed 15 minutes after I reported that it needed fixing! Wow!
