Bad roach problem and cable TV problems, but nice management

The roaches are really bad. It got better for about a month or so but just last night I found two in the bathroom. Maybe the hot weather has something to do with it' I am very clean and know how to prevent roaches. The roaches were everywhere depsite the fact that I put out dozens of traps AND had them spray every week. They were really bad in the bathroom (sometimes three or four at a time), and also in my laundry bag, drawers, all over the kitchen, no matter how clean and free of food the kitchen was. That is a bad sign if they are so abundant in a very clean apartment. As other reviewers said, they are all over the common areas, too, like the mail area, laundry room, stair well, garbage room, and elevators. I honestly don't know how they could show the apartments because you are guaranteed to see one if you are in the building for more than 10 minutes.
Also lately the cable TV has been going out every other day or so, resulting in a huge pain for me to have to keep calling Comcast and waiting for them to come fix it. The last time I was told by Comcast that the cable was physicically disconnected from the box in the basement. I don't know exactly what is going on but it feels like someone is stealing cable. I tried to get help from the desk but they just say that other people are having trouble and nobody has tampered with the box.
The management is very nice, but they do not go out of their way to resolve the roach issue, and that is a horrible way to live for the price residents pay for an efficiency. I would not recommend until they clean up their act.

For the roach problems, i recommend you to purchase some Boric Acid(powder that kills insects)because that is ridiculous that roaches are all over the house like they are, and if you dont act soon they will start or already reproduce eggs and then you are going to have a roach fest. About the cable problems, you need to just move to another damn company for instance i moved from Comcast due to their mess ups onto Dish Network its very GREAT the only thing is that when it thunderstorms or rains really hard it has to load up again due to the satellite being on the roof. So yeah act now or its gonna be too late!!!!
