I had a wonderful experience over the last year living on the third floor of the the Hamilton House. The management couldn't be more helpful or friendly and the maintenance guys are always quick to respond if anything happens. The building itself is clean and has been recently renovated, but most importantly, it is the best bang for your buck in Dupont! I'll miss my studio efficiency when I am living half way around the world in Guam and probably dream about coming back! Anyone who lives here feels very at home and safe and it's a lovely place to live! Also, it's quiet! I wish I didn't have to leave!
