Seriously, people write some very nasty things about Harvard Hall. HH deserves a round of applause for putting up with all the jerks who've stomped through here complaining about roaches and rude staff. I've been here over a year and still love my apartment, the building, location and staff. You can't beat the price HH offers in for this neighborhood. HH has more charm than any renovation/remodel in the city. Granite and stainless steel got nothin over HH's 1920s style.

If you're worried about car break ins then don't stuff on the seats or floor not even a 6-pack of beer. If you're concerned about roaches keep your place clean. The service guys in the building are super kind and respond within a day or less to any issues. The only malfunction I've had in my place was related to the old plumbing. Maintenance always comes over and fixes things immediately. I've never had to live with any malfunction for longer than I've put off asking for help.

HH is where it's at. Live here and prosper!
