Yo!

maintenance problems, inept staff ...

I have had continuing maintenance problems since I moved in a year ago. The apartment was renovated and I was the first tenant in the remodeled unit. Problems with the building and renovations began there. Pipes fell apart becuase they did not adhere them properly and there was even a back-up that caused flooding. I have also been dealing with another issue elsewhere in the apartment that is causing property damage and has been for A YEAR but management prefers to "band-aid" the problem instead of doing the work to actually fix it. I have been in touch with both the regional and corporate headquarters and have missed work, made countless phonecalls, and they simply don't care. No offers of concession or anything. They sounds nice and proactive on the phone, but when you hang up, and realize nothing is being done then you feel like a sap. DO NOT LIVE HERE or any of Carmel Partners other communities in the area because you just deal with the same inept, out of touch, careless staff.
