I lived at the Heatherington for a year (moved out because I was relocating to another city). Although the building is old, it's (no rodent or insect problems) and the staff is very timely and responsive when it comes to maintenance. The building is in a great location, near Dupont and Logan Circles. I only minor complaints related to the building's age, e.g., the windows in my apartment have been painted over so many times they're practically painted shut. Overall, I would recommend living here.
