Great Location, Disappointing Otherwise

Highland Park is located in a great place (metro, food, shopping all within a block) and has incredibly nice people at the concierge desk, but I've been increasingly dissatisfied with living here.
Despite the modern, futuristic, very designy interior decor, living in Highland Park feels like living in a dorm filled with over-entitled rich kids. I am 29 and feel way too old for this place. Almost every night between Thursday and Sunday there appear to be multiple large parties happening in the building, and my fiance and I have to battle our way through drunk people in the lobby, drunk people on the elevator, drunk people wandering around our hallways. The bad techno music playing from the building's sound systems really adds to the experience.
We feel a little bit like hostages in our own apartments. When we come home from work at the end of the day, dealing with a bunch of young, drunk, club kids is the last thing we want to do, so we never use the otherwise very nice common areas of the building like the roof, the lounge, or the gym (where the club kids work out while chatting loudly on their cell phones).
Additionally, I don't feel like the buildilng is kept up very well. The carpets in the hallways are stained, the chairs in the hallways are broken, and the elevators seem to have a lot of issues.
It's a shame because the building is very nicely designed and has a phenomenal location. As a young professional, however, I feel very out of place. We're moving to a place more targeted for people like us when our lease is up in November.
