We are a family of 3 and have been here for about 3 years and so far, our experience has been good. This neighbor is very quiet and everyone is nice. There have been a couple of instances of car break in's though. The lady manager is a huge ----- though. I love the complex because my son could actually play outside and I wouldnt have to worry about a whole crowd of people outside. Oh, and they keep the grass very green, trim and there is barely trash on the ground. Overall, our stay has been pleasant.

I totally agree. I am a current tenant and what this resident has stated about the manager is the absolute truth. She is very rude, short and unprofessional. William C. Smith, the property owners, need to address this issue.
