Hilltop's location is good, building is in really poor shape though. Lobby looks nice, but the building is old, showing it's age and needs work. Definitely smelly hallways as someone else posted. Old apartments need constant maintenance and attention. Parking is definitely difficult and it can be sketchy to walk at night. Laundry is expensive, the machines are old and don't really clean well. Just my honest assessment of this place. I have experienced bugs and roaches in my apt. It is in a good location though.
