One of the first residents and I have enjoyed it.

I am one of the early residents that moved into the jefferson at thomas circle. I live in a junior one bedroom. I looked at a few apartments and a few condos in the area before I stumbled upon the Jefferson. I didn't even know that it was an apartment building because there weren't any signs in the front advetising it as an apartment. I came when construction was still being done. Yet, I've actually been very pleased with my apartment and management. There were a few issues that I encountered when I first moved in. One electric outlet did not work and I had a small leak under the kitchen sink, but those were resolved within a few days. The fountain in the courtyard wasn't quite completed until 5 months after I moved in. One of the reasons I moved into my specific apartment was because of the view of the courtyard. Now, eveything is working and landscaped and I just love it. Management has always been very responsive. My person who helped me, Greg, has always been very professional and very helpful. It's a bit on the expensive side, but I received a really attractive special. It sure beats dealing with traffic. My office is within walking distance. The location is key. Overall it has been a good experience for me.
