I have to say that I am one of the first residents to have moved into the Jefferson at Thomas Circle. I visited when some parts of the building were still undergoing construction. I rented when there wasn't even a manager on site. I was very pleased with the initial staff, especially ---- and -------. They really went out of their way to assist me with my needs. No issue was too small or too big. However, the level of service has gone downhill since the arrival of the jefferson's leasing director, -----. That was most evident after my interactions with him on several recent ocassions. Unfortunately, no one else was in the office during those time. He is very abrasive and plain rude. I have complained to the manager and the corporate office, yet it seems as if the company condons such calous behavior. My advice is that you ask for someone else to help you in the event you have any issues. I pay too much money to be treated with disrespect.
