I don't even know where to start. The management is terrible and anything that goes wrong is our fault.

1) We have not had heat in 4 days (and their is snow on the ground). When we first complained we were shown how to properly set our thermostat. The heating company has been here 3 times but still, no heat, they say our unit is broken but can not fix the problem. It was 59 in here the other day and we have yet to be compensated!

2) We had an infestation of flies in my apt (and the building too) and were told it was our problem. This was impossible for us to fix because they flew in everytime we opened our door

3)The trash compactor gets clogged and bangs all night long. Their solution was that we must be oversensitive to noise.

Please do not live here. It does not matter how nice it looks, you will be miserable. MISERABLE.

Oh, and their was a homeless bum walking around (he normally sits outside the backdoor) when we complained we were told "he must have snuck in, yes we know that!) bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
