It's in your perspective. I came from The Labtrobe, a horrendous experience with intolerable major remodeling and incompetent and hostile management. I couldn't wait to move out. For $65 more than what The Labtrobe wanted in rent, I'm here at the Jefferson. I checked out many, many buildings before moving here and for the price and amenities, this was my best choice.

My stay here is great for me. The grounds and building are well maintained and clean. There are pleasant spaces in the building to go to when the apartment gets too closed in. Management and its representatives have only been courteous, responsive, and professional in my dealings with them. Maintenance comes the same day or immediately once I make a request--and when they come, it's only to change a lightbulb, nothing major. I appreciate the follow up call just in case something got lost in the translation. My apartment during the winter stays between 75-78 degrees--haven't had to turn on my heat once. Air conditioning works satisfactorily.

Also, it's great to see dogs and babies here. I highly recommend this apt building.
