The building is beautiful, and the construction has been done well. HOWEVER, since we moved in, the tenants have somehow turned rude and rowdy and the management doesn't seem to care about keeping a more professional environment. For this much money, residents' concerns should be promptly addressed and with sincerity, but that has not been our experience. Every night there are rounds of drunken people yelling and stumbling about near the elevators and the pub room has been taken over by sockless, shoeless slobs.

Management claimed a year and a half ago that we could pay rent online- still not available. They also said they host a variety of social programs, but we've seen very few in a year and a half, usually clustered around the "annual review" mailer JPI sends out. The current head manager isn't the sharpest tool in the shed.

In sum, you can find a better building in this price range.
