nice enough building but overpriced and staff not accommodating

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
I'll be moving out at the end of October 2009 after one year in this building. The place itself is quite nice and well located. The desk staff are nice but the leasing office people are a pain. I was thinking about staying another year until they tried to raise my rent by $400 per month so I'm going to leave. This is not good value and they charge for every possible thing. If you have plenty of money, don't mind a little noise and must live close to downtown then you'll probably like this place but if you want to get a reasonable deal you can do much better elsewhere.
