I have been living in Jetu since 1982. I recetly moved in 2007. Jetu apartments are nice and great as far as location. It is not the community it is the people living there. If the tenants do not clean up their apt then everyone will have a rodent problem. It is the ghetto people bringing there ghetto friend around the neighborhood to mess it up. I have had problems but the problem can be fixed by getting rid of some of the non working people who rent.

I totally agree. I have only been a tenant for a couple of years, but I always say it is not the place alone but what you make of it and your surroundings.
