The Kennedy-Warren is a cool, historic, Art Deco building in a superb location. It's a Washington "Best Address," and they are now restoring its 1930's elegance. The apartments have interesting layouts and many have knock-out views of Rock Creek Park, Connecticut Ave., or even the National Cathedral. Metro is easy and the nieghborrhod is great.
