Great Location, Friendly Management, and Charming Apartments

The Kennedy-Warren is a charming building built in the 1930's with a large variety of apartments to chose from depending on your requirements. Ever since I moved into the building in 2001 the staff has greatly improved service and has always resolved any maintenance problems in a timely manner. Most of the people who live in the building are extremmly friendly and enjoyable to talk with. The only drawback are the crotchety folks on the Kennedy-Warren Association that have nothing better to do than complain. I've chosen not to join this organization because of their lack of objectivity. Anyway, the new wing of the Kennedy-Warren is coming together and I think that it will make a great addition to the building. I also look forward the the piano bar that is planned for the residence. It's always nice just to go down stairs to enjoy some quiet music instead of having to go outside. Lastly, you cant beat having the National Zoo next door. In Washington there are many apartment complexes to chose from but the Kennedy-Warren is one of the best.
