Nice neighborhood, downtrodden apartment building

Years at this apartment: 1995 - 2002
 
After living in this building for 7 years, the charm and character no longer keeps me from looking elsewhere. Poor condition of apartments, no ammenities, sirly staff,problem with vermin. The building needs a make-over badly. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
