Wow. Can the 3/12 Review (Obviously Written by a Kennedy Leasing Agent) BE Any More Obvious'

Only thing missing from that review is "location, location, location"! LOL! Don't believe a WORD of it. You will pay dearly for what basically amounts to a hole in the wall if you rent here. You will be surrounded by your neighbors' horrible cooking odors, due to lack of proper ventilation. You will shower in an unrenovated, nonupdated 1950s bathroom, and you will cook in the same type of kitchen. Really, really ugly bathroom and kitchen. The hardwood floors are pretty, but they don't make up for the hideously old appliances and really dark, depressing hall. Avoid.

Hey -------, I lived at the Kennedy-Warren for almost a year from 2006-2007 and wrote the review you speak of. Agreed that towards the end, the only goal of the management team (prob. at the insistence of ---------) was to empty the historic wing of its residents and couldn't justify the rent increase. But I found the details within the building that you speak of charming and loved every bit of my experience there. You seem like a really charming person.
