Amoral Management but Beautiful Building

The KW is a beautiful building and one that is worthwhile to live in if you have no problems with unheeded repair requests, construction nightmares and a not-so-subtle attempt to evict tenants in order to charge more for rent from new residents. The building management is clearly not interested in keeping the tenants happy (or even in the building) and has made living here uncomfortable at times. If you do move in, please get a strong commitment on rent increases and construction plans.
