I moved in with my husband in the new wing of 2006. Good Points: Nice building overall, kitchen is nice(granite/stainless steel), bathroom is pretty(jetted tub, granite), great walk-in closets, close to metro. Bad Points: Way overpriced, noisy connecticut ave(hear all the construction that's going on with the bridge), washer/dryer in apt sucks(needed repairs), windows are not good(lets in a cool draft hiking up elec bill), told management about drafty windows-didn't really care-nothing was done to correct problem. Overall- I wouldn't move back, save your money and invest in a condo or home.
