I've read some negative reviews about this building and cant imagine who they are talking about regarding the staff. Every thing I've ever asked for has been attended to immediately and correctly. I really enjoy the great amenities and services offered. The events the conceirges organize are normally quite fun. You definately get what you pay for at the Kennedy Warren.
