I moved into the new wing a few months ago and I don't understand any of the negative comments. The staff here is great, particularly the front desk and concierge staff. The construction mentioned in other comments must be finished, because my unit is quiet. I love that my dry cleaning and packages are delivered to my apartment daily. I haven't found another building that provides that service. For the service provided, it's worth the money.
