I used to live here about 6 years ago... and its the dumps!!! All day and all night block party 24/7... never a dull moment.. mice, mice, mice..... but i have driven around there recently and the outside looks pretty nice, they have renovated all the units and it's not as much noise or poeple around as it was years ago... but its still gutter!!!! BEWARE!!! The same unemployed-nothing-to do- all-day people still reside there
