It's OK but property management problems

There are apartments with high-ceilings and they are great. It has nice amenities like a recently renovated fitness facility and indoor pool. However, it took a year to do the renovations, and they are still not done. The problem with this building is the management. I've lived here for 5 years and they just completely ignore maintenance problems - like my windows do not open - and have not since I moved in! We got one open finally and maintenace got a second one open (3 years later) but still 2 that do not open.
Also the fire exits are a bit of a nightmare. I got stuck between locked doors and the lights were out. We felt our way in the dark to find a 3rd door that was not locked. That was a year ago and it is still that way. They just ignore important things like that but have coffee in the lobby for you every morning. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
