Tall ceilings, lots of light. Recently renovated pool/spa/steam rooms. Business center has hubs for your own laptop. Location couldn't be better (Penn Quarter), top restaurants/bars in the same building. Management is GREAT, but even though there is a 24 hour concierge, you are better off pretending they aren't there -- they are awful. I lived on the street side, third floor. Noise wasn't bad except for sirens from firetrucks. Firealarms never went off (as stated in other review). The parking here sucks -- even with paid parking, there is sometimes no space available (it's rented out by the hour also). Sometimes also your car gets blocked in by a car that is parked there by valet, and the wait to get out is long. Overall, though, a great place to live if you can afford it.
