I have lived here for more than six months. I do like the pool, weight room, business center, and the location. The apartments are fine, but a little on the expensive side. The problem is the management. I had to change apartments two times before I actually moved in--a sign of very poor planning in the rental office. while they fix things prompltly in the apartment, I can't say teh same for the building. For example, the apartment directory computer has been either broken or not updated for more than six months; and often the security doors in teh garage are broken--allowing any one to just enter the building. the supposed 24 hour doorman is a myth--especially if you live on teh 7th street side. A complaint just elicits a shrug--they'll get around to it when they feel like it. What can I say, it's a nice place to live--if you don't expect much in the way of service.
