It is more like a hotel but with terrible service

I have lived here for over a year and I cannot wait to leave. The apartment complex is becoming more and more like a hotel except they are not keeping up with the cleanliness of the facilities. Yes the gym is nice as is the pool and sauna. However, everytime I try to go swimming there is either a bandaid or clump or hair. The cahnging rooms/saunas are full of wet towels and just look dirty. The virtual golf is broken more often than not. I have complained several times but to not avail. There are many better places out there for a better price.
