Pricey, but great location

I lived here for about 6 months and it was a pretty good experience. I paid $1,000 for a 500 foot studio and that isn't bad in the Dupont area for a pretty clean apartment. Kay, the leasing agent, is nice and the neighbors keep to themselves. My next door neighbor, however, played loud bass music all of the time and the walls are thin enough to keep me up at night.
One of the nicest things about this complex is that a Whole Foods supermarket openned up NEXT door to it. So if you like Fresh Fields and cooking healthy- this really might be the place for you.
Without question, there are MUCH better deals in the Dupont area- however, this place has class and location working for it.
Would I rent here again' No- too pricey for what you get. If I were pretty darn wealthy, I probably would come back.
