Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
For: Good location.
Against: Pricey - $190 parking; $200 premium for month-to-month. Fitness center has been closed for over a year. Had to pester maintenance repeatedly to fix a leak that kept recurring and they always failed to pin carpet back in position. AIMCO (Management company) is inflexible on everything. New building construction just started behind Latrobe. Noisy and new building will probably block light and view.
