Not worth your money

I lived in the Lartrobe for 3 years.

This place is not worth your money.

the rents increase by sometimes a whopping 25%!! 850 to 975 the first year to 1019 for an UNIFINISHED studio.

no parking.

and if you have visitors with cars' expect they will get towed.

the manager --- has gone ------.

latrobe will nickle and dime you until you leave and the next sucker comes in at an even higher price.

this area is not safe anymore.

there's been a lot of muggings there.

spend your money elsewhere.

if you are dumping all of you money into your rent, you won't have any to spend in dupont.

what's the point in lving there'
