I am still trying to decipher how on earth this place can justify a 14% rent increase.
They do lure you in with somewhat reasonable rates and then "suprise" you with huge rate increases.
And what does the rate increase get you' Nothing! Office staff doesn't return calls- maintenance still hasn't checked as to why my apartment will not get warmer than 58 degrees.
Plus, they wanted me to try to "fix" the garbage disposal before they would come up and try.
Parking is absolutely horrendous.
Unless you want to pay $180 a month to park in the garage, be prepared for the ultimate of street parking battles.
On the plus side, I will give credit to the security staff who are always helpful.
Save yourself the anguish- keep looking for better places because they are out there and you'll be much happier in the end.
