Despite the appearance of good security, the larger security issue for this building is the large number of escorts that seem to operate from this building. This could be due to the good location of the building, but I have a feeling that is has to do more with lax examination of applicants.

This building already suffered a grisly murder a few years ago. Heavy escort activity just provides more opportunity for trouble with deals gone wrong, people on drugs, etc...
