i have suffered through all the contruction since april 07. The lack of communication was astounding, managment at that time was great. Leandra the manager was always respectful and helpful. always a positive reaction from her and her staff. I guess a new managmet company took over becasue everything is different. Leandra is no longer there and gone along with her was the sliver of hope for latrobe. the new manager justin,knows nothing. i spoke with a scott who has the attitide of horse. he is a vice president with aimco and has no customer service skills. i came home to my wall in my kitchen gone. no notice was given to me and my floor was a mess. after almost of 8 days with this huge whole in my wall, nothing was done for me. DO NOT RENT HERE. IT IS A GREAT LOCAATION BUT FOR THE MONEY YOU'RE PAYING, STAY AT THE POST. THAT'S WHERE I AM RENTING, AT LEAST I KNOW I WON'T HAVE 3 FLOODS IN A YEAAR!!
