managemnt is HORRIBLE!!!

i have suffered through all the contruction since april 07.
The lack of communication was astounding, managment at that time was great.
------- the manager was always respectful and helpful.
always a positive reaction from her and her staff.
I guess a new managmet company took over becasue everything is different.
------- is no longer there and gone along with her was the sliver of hope for latrobe.
the new manager ------,knows nothing.
i spoke with a ----- who has the attitide of -----.
he is a vice president with aimco and has no customer service skills.
i came home to my wall in my kitchen gone.
no notice was given to me and my floor was a mess.
after almost of 8 days with this huge whole in my wall, nothing was done for me.
DO NOT RENT HERE.
IT IS A GREAT LOCAATION BUT FOR THE MONEY YOU'RE PAYING, STAY AT THE POST.
THAT'S WHERE I AM RENTING, AT LEAST I KNOW I WON'T HAVE 3 FLOODS IN A YEAAR!!
