Once you're moved in, you are put at the bottom of Latrobe's priority list. "A safe and enjoyable experience" is not what I would use to describe an HVAC pipe breaking in the wall above my head in the middle of the nite while sleeping last winter and the slow response in fixing it and making the apt livable again.
Staff appear to be ill-informed on construction developments and in basic knowledge of the building, which is not helpful when they are the main liaison between tenants and management.
