Very little justification for the price

As other unfortunate tenants have already experienced, the building management has "rewarded" many residents for nearly five months of noisy, intrusive, and nearly continuous construction work in the building by bumping most tenant's rent up by 20%, and even more in select instances....and the construction isn't even done yet. What does that monumental rent increase get you' Apparently, a new entranceway, and new carpeting and paint in the hallways. That's about it. The "business center" is used by very few residents. While my experience in the building was good early on, it slowly went downhill, particularly during the third year of my lease.
