I am an understanding resident and am happy with my choice to stay here at the latrobe. yes we have construction going on but it betters our building. with the new cafe and open office, i can get my coffee and speak to the management team while feeling welcomed to do so. our apartments are brand new now and i love them. i transfered to a new one from the old and i must say WOW! the management helped me with my transfer and it went very well. they made every accomidation needed to make sure i was happy. keep up the good work latrobe and i will be here for a while.

You get better service at McDonalds for coffee than you do at the Latrobe. I've heard other horror stories about transferring from an old to a new apartment. Management was hardheaded and greedy. Is this Understanding Resident really living here?

WHO ARE WE KIDDING! I HIGHLY DOUBT IT THAT THIS IS AN ACTUAL RESIDENT!!! THIS ACTUALLY DETERS POTENTIAL RESIDENTS INSTEAD OF ENCOURAGING THEM.
