I hate living here.

Construction, pipes bursting, water being off, jerks pulling the fire alarm in the morning, horrible management (except for one great and understanding employee who unfortunately cannot work fast enough to make up for the incompetence of the other two) - all of this makes up the joy that is living at Latrobe. One of the ladies who works here (and she isn't part of security) will downright lie to you. So, if you decide to rent here, make sure you keep copies of everything and try to do business with both agents in the room rather than just her. She will make stuff up.

This was actually a pretty decent place when I moved in and the neighborhood is great, but recently management has become insufferable and I want out. It is really way too expensive given the amount of space we have. And the closets are a joke for both my husband and I. Many of the amenities promised have not been delivered and continue to be postponed. The management has changed a few times and so faces and stories rotate pretty regularly - not great if you are looking stability.

Like I already said, this is a great neighborhood and I really love all the restaurants, Whole Foods, etc. Still, I can't imagine anyone wanting to pay this much for a giant headache no matter how great the neighborhood is.

I am in the same both, i live here I am suing latrobe especially that women..she is very dangerous, when i rent it my over price apt they promise gym/rooftop/wireless/business center/cpmpletely brand new apt/ to my dismay I moved to a 25 years old apt..no heat/no hot water.no air conditioner..now i am suing for false advertisment and fraud, my friend after moving in one mounth they moved out the same mounth also asking for their money back..i had overflood they promise to reumburses me never did..it is a nighmarre..good luck......
