this is the worse management company yet! We have experienced everything that the previous posts have said. We moved in in august last year, to a place full of promises..fitness center, rooftop desk, cyber cafe all for a price we were willing to pay..it;s not march and no fitness center no pool and the sorriest cyber cafe ever! PLEASE IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY DO NO MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE MADE..STAY AT THE JEFFERSON OR THE POST( THE PRICE POINT IS THE SAME BUT YOU GET SO MUCH MORE FOR YOUR MONEY PLUS THE STAFF IS GREAT..STAFF AT THE LATROBE RANGING FROM ANNOYING TO IMCOMPETENT. JOANNE IS A COMPELTE WASTE OF TIME AND IT;S LIKE TALKING TO A BRICK WALL.

I couldn't wait to move out of the L. I'm extremely happy at the Jefferson at Thomas Circle. J's rent is only $65 more than the ridiculous rent at the L. The J is bright, beautiful, and clean. Management is friendly, professional, follow-up is great. The tenants are happy here and will greet you in the hallways. STAY AWAY from the L no matter what.
