There is scratching in the elevator that says it best "this place sucks" and "LIES" over the building mission statement

I know you think it might not matter, but an awful office staff really drives your experience. Take it from me- there are better places in the area, the new woman Kathleen is absolutely atrocious. I heard her making fun of a tenant with one of the security guards on my way to the gym, literally saying "I don't give a f*, I'll evict her if she complains again". That is the general attitude.

parking: limited and $$$$, and subject to change.
noise: thin walls
grounds: foul smells in the hallway, AC units that explode and flood
safety: security guards are never there so you can easily be locked out, or if they are, they let people in freely
construction: always fixing something because everything is cheap cheap cheap- the washer/dryer doesn't work AND it floods, but they won't come fix.
maintenance: staff is nice, but let us sit without AC for a week when it was 80
staff: AWFUL. let me say it again. AWFUL. rude, shifty, unreliable.
overall: terrible. i would never live here again.
