Overpriced and rude

I heard that the management here used to be quite good, and many of the long-time residents miss it. The new management is ridiculous, and the lease agreement is nuts, even by metro standards. The property manager is rude, unprofessional and disorganized, I can't tell you how many times our payments and paperwork have gone back and forth. Distrubingly, the management records these transactions by whiting out mistakes on their books. The appliances and carpeting are substandard, and the price is higher than buildings nearby, which incidentally tend to offer much more. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
