I agree with some of the other reviewers: I've lived here for about a year and have had to put up with the poor maintenance and traffic noise. The traffic noise from Wisconsin AVe is so bad, its like living next to a freeway, especially when you realize you have buses screeching their brakes and revving their engines 24 hours a day right outside your window. I've also had trouble with roaches in my apt. and recurrent water leaks that the maintenance staff doesn't seem to be able to fix. For what they charge, you can find much better deals around here. Also, the laundry room is woefully inadequate: there are always a couple of machines out of order, plus the room is a pig stye.Plus , recently they have had some security problems. I'm glad my lease is up soon so I can get the heck out of here
